Privacy Policy

Account details you give us (name, email, password managed by our authentication provider), profile details you choose to add (gym, belt, fighting weight, photo, social links), and activity you create on ICE — event entries, open mat RSVPs, posts, media and match results.

To run your account, show your profile and results where your privacy settings allow, let organizers manage entries and brackets, and notify you about events and mats relevant to you. We do not sell your personal data.

Profiles can be public or private. A private profile masks your name on public leaderboards and result cards (for example "John D.") and hides your photo. Organizers of an event you enter can always see the details needed to run your division safely.

Other users see only what your privacy settings expose. Coaches of a gym you affiliate with can see your roster entry and verification status. Event organizers see the entries for their own events.

Data is stored in our managed cloud database with access rules that restrict rows to the accounts entitled to them, and passwords are handled by our authentication provider — we never see them. We use third-party providers for hosting, database, authentication and payment processing.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time; anonymised competition results may remain in historic brackets so event records stay intact.

Junior competitors must be registered and managed by a parent, guardian or coach with authority to consent on their behalf.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for deletion. Send requests, or any security concern, through the contact details on the ICE home page and we will respond as quickly as we can.
